"A QUESTION OF DUTY"

The hospital in southern China was busy in the early morning of December 24, 1989. As a 24yearold specialist in obstetrics and gynecology, I had preformed two Cesareans and a difficult forceps delivery. My supervisor had put me in charge of that night's shifta new and frightening responsibility. I was exhausted and hadn't eaten for about eight hours. Yet when I finally got to the doctors lounge at 1 a.m., I was too excited to eat or sleep.

Instead. I lay in bed marveling at the three new lives I had welcomed into the world And I thought of my father. He had chosen a profession that, in China, paid little more than twice the wages of a street sweep er: he was a doctor. He would often say, "The most noble work a person can do is saving lives."

My father was a beloved figure in our province, famous for his humility. He wore a workingman's clothes and carried his instruments in a cheap vinyl bag with a broken zipper. His reflex hammer was an ancient model with a wooden handle. He refused to throw it away. "Tools don't make a doctor," he told me, "knowledge and compassion do."

Now at last growing drowsy, I remembered that it was Christmas Eve, Like millions of Chinese. my parents were Christian. I thought of the times we celebrated this holy day together: decorating a tiny tree, singing "Silent Night" quietly, so our neighbors wouldn't report usand hearing my father whisper the story of the Christ child. I'll call him on Christmas morning I thought as I drifted off to sleep.

I was awakened by a knock at the door. It was the midwife who handled routine deliveries. "Come!" she shouted. "We need you to take care of something!"

As I rushed after her, I heard me crying of a newborn baby. When I reached the delivery room. A bedraggled woman was struggling to sit up in bed. "Don't! Don't!" she shouted in a local dialect.

The midwife, a girl of 20 with a ponytail and bad acne, began drawing iodine from a clear glass bottle through a threeinch needle into a large syringe. She told me that the woman's abortion had gone awry. The mother, eight months pregnant, already had one childa second was forbidden under China's strict populationcontrol law. Arrested and forced into the hospital by the local Family Planning Office, the mother had been injected with rivanol, an abortifacient drug. "But the baby was born alive," said the mid wife. The cries were coming from an unheated bathroom across the hall.

"I asked the orderly to bury it," she continued. A small hill nearby served as an unmarked graveyard for such purposes. "But he said it was raining too hard."

The full import of this moment became clear to me. As the obstetrician in charge, I had the duty to ensuring there were no abortion survivors. That meant an injection of 20 milliliters of iodine or alcohol into the soft spot of the infant's head. It brings death within minutes.

The midwife held the syringe out to me. I froze. I had no hesitancy about performing firsttrimester abor tions, but this was different, In the year since joining the hospital staff, I had always managed to let more senior doctors perform the task.

On the bed next to me, the child's mother looked at me with pleading eyes. She knew what the needle meant. All women knew. "Have mercy!" she cried.

With the mother still protesting, I went across the hall to the bathroom. It was so cold I could see my breath. Next to a garbage pail with the words DEAD INFANTS scrawled on the lid was a black plastic garbage bag. It was moving, and cries were coming from inside. Kneeling, I told the midwife to open the bag.

I had imagined a premature newborn. hovering between life and death. Instead, I found a perfect 4 1/2 pound baby boy, flailing his tiny fists and kicking his feet. His lips were purple from lack of oxygen.

Gently, I cradled his head in one hand and placed the fingertips of the other on his soft spot. The skin there felt wonderfully warm. and it pulsed each time he wailed. My heart leapt. This is a life. a person, I thought. He will die on this cold floor.

"Doctor!" the mother screamed from across the hail. "Doctor, stop!"

The midwife pressed the glass syringe into my hand. I felt strangely heavy. This is just a routine procedure, I argued with myself. It isn't wrong. It's the law.

All at once. the baby kicked. His foot caught the hanrel of the syringe and pushed it dangerously near his stomach. I jerked it away. This is Christmas Eve! I thought I can't believe I'm doing this on Christmas Eve!

I touched the baby's lips with my index finger. He turned his head to suckle. "Look, he's hungry," I said.

"He wants to live."

I stood up, feeling faint. The syringe slipped from my fingers and shattered on the floor, splattering the brownishyellow liquid on my shoes.

I told the midwife to carry the baby into the delivery room and get him ready to go down to Intensive Care. "I'll ask the supervisor for permission to treat him," I said. I felt certain that the senior obstetrician, a woman in her late SOs with two children, would never harm this child.

It was almost 2 a.m. when I knocked at the supervisor's office. Her voice was groggy with sleep. Opening the door, I quickly explained: "We have a baby boy who was born alive after a rivanol abortion. May I send him to IC?"

"Absolutely not!" she said from her bed. "This is a second birth!"

"But he's healthy," I insisted. "Could you please come take a look?"

There was a pause, then she replied angrily. "why are you asking me this? You know the policy!"

Her tone frightened me. "I'm sorry," I said as I shut the door.

In staff meetings, the supervisor had frequently reminded us how important the birth control policy was. Usually she would disclose that someone in a neighboring hospital had been jailed for allowing the birth of a child without a government permit. But recently there had heen a chilling incident involving our orderly.

He was a taciturn, shabby man in his 5O's, whose sole job was to bury infants. He was paid 30 yuan apiece. Burying four infants a day, on the average, the orderly earned more than twice the salary of a doctor. "Why so much?" I once asked a colleague. "Because no one else will do what he does," she replied.

When I pressed for details, she told me that in cases of abortion failure, the man sometimes had to bury the infants alive. "No matter what happens," she explained. "the birth control policy must be obeyed."

Weeks after I learned this, a midwife sent the orderly an aborted fetus, which he stored temporarily beneath a stairwell. While the orderly was out, the baby revived and began to cry. A visiting policeman discovered the child and questioned my supervisor. She told him the infant was only an illegal child awaiting burial. The officer apologized for interfering.

At the next staff meeting, the word went out: "Don't send the orderly any fetuses that might be alive. Give the injection."

Now, filled with foreboding, I headed back toward the delivery room. A man with the weatherbeaten face of a peasant grabbed my arm. "Doctor," he pleaded. "this is the son we've always wanted. Please do not kill him!"

I continued down the hall and entered the bathroom. The baby was still lying on the floor. "why didn't you do what I instructed?" I asked the midwife.

"Who is going to pick up this baby?" she replied. She meant a baby that was not allowed to live.

As the midwife looked on in astonishment. I gathered up the crying baby and hurried into the delivery room. I laid him in an infant bed.

Under an ultraviolet heat lamp, with the help of oxygen tubes that I taped under his nostrils. his hands and feet soon turned pink. Carefully I wrapped him in a soft blanket.

The midwife prepared another syringethis time with alcoholand placed it on a tray next to the new born's bed. "Don't do this!" the mother cried again. Grasping the bed rail, she tried to haul herself over the edge. I hurried to her side.

"Calm down," I said, easing her back onto the pillow. Whispering, I added, "I don't want to harm your babyI'm trying to help."

The woman began to cry. "Dear lady," she said softly, "I will thank you for the rest of my life."

Just then, the midwife came over with the clipboard. "What should I put on the report?" she asked. The last entry read, "1:30Born alive." The chart was supposed to be updated before the midwife went home.

"Don't write anything," I answered curtly. Exasperated, the midwife left.

I looked at the baby. His cherubic face was ringed by a halo of black hair. This life is a gift from God, I thought. No one has the right to take it away. The thought became so insistent that I had the impression it was being said by someone else. I wondered: Is this how God talks to people?

For the next two hours I stood vigil over the child. Gradually he ceased whimpering and fell asleep.

Finally, I went to see the supervisor again. "I'm sorry." I told her, "but I can't do this. I feel it's murder", and I don't want to be a murderer."

The supervisor'S voice exploded: "How can you call yourself an obstetrician? Take care of the problem at once! Don't bother me again!"

With my heart beating wildly. I returned to the delivery room. The baby was still asleep. but when I touched his mouth he wakened to suckle again. "Still hungry. little one?" I whispered. My eyes filled with tears."

Suddenly I felt terribly alone. I thought of my father. Would he support me? Despite the early hour, I went to the pay phone in the lobby and dialed. Both parents listened at one receiver as my words poured out, "I keep hearing God's voice," I told them. "This is a life." it says, "You cannot be part of a murder."

When I finished, them was a long silence. Finally, my father spoke. "I am proud of you," he said.

"I am, too," said my mother, crying softly. "But you must be careful! Don't write anything down or leave a record. The Party may want to make an example of you."

I understood. During the Cultural Revolution, when I was eight years old, my father was arrested for saving the life of an official who was considered a "counteerevolutionary." My father had been exiled to the countryside while my mother was sent to a labor camp. My fouryearold brother and I were left with neighbors. Those year5 had been hard. I remembered my mother's stories of torture and starvation.

My determination wavered. Then my father spoke again. "You are a child of God, and so is this baby," he said simply. "Killing him would be like killing your own brother."

I hung up and hurried back. The deliveryroom door had been locked, and the baby's father was pounding on it and screaming, "Don't kill my child!"

I ran into the delivery room through a side door. There, beside the baby's bed, my supervisor stood with a syringe, feeling for the soft spot. The infant's blanket and oxygen tubes had been stripped away. He was crying violently. "Don't give that injection!" I shouted as I seized the syringe.

"What are you doing?" the supervisor yelled. "You're breaking the law!"

Instead of fear, I felt a sense of peace. "This child committed no crime," I replied. "How can you kill him?"

The supervisor gaped at me. Lowering her voice, she said ominously. "If you continue to disobey. you will never practice medicine again."

"I would rather not be a doctor than commit murder," I said. "I would rather waive my right to have my own child than kill this one. Then a thought occurred to me. "Why can't I just adopt him?"

"You have completely lost your senses!" the supervisor cried. After she left, I swaddled the baby again and replaced the oxygen tubes. He quieted down and his color returned.

At 8 a.m., the hospital administrator arrived at work and was told what had happened. He summoned me to his office. "Why are you unwilling to do your duty?" he demanded. "Are these people friends of yours? Did you take money from them?"

"I don't even speak their dialect!" I said angrily. "And you can search me for money if you want." Minutes later, a senior bureaucrat from the local Family Planning Office walked into the room and took a folder out of an expensive attache case. He began to read the text of a local directive on birth control:

"Those who obstruct Family Planning officers from performing duties shill be subject to punishment..."

When he finished. he looked at me and said sharply. "Do you realize it is illegal for this baby to live?"

"None of us has the right to decide that." I said.

The man grew angry. "We are talking about government policy here. You have broken the law!"

"I don't feel I have."

"Very well," he said evenly. "Let's you and I go and give the injection."

"No!"

"You admit, then, that you are breaking the Law? If so, I have the right to have you arrested right now!"

Desperately, I searched for an out. I had been on call more than 24 hours and couldn't think clearly. I felt queasy. "I am off duty," I said weakly. "My shift is over."

"Not true." he said. "You haven't finished your tasks."

"Please" I said. Then I began to cry. My legs buckled, and I fell to the floor. The last thing I remember was a spreading blackness before my eyes.

When I came to. I was lying outside the doctors lounge. It was almost noon. The baby! I leapt up and ran to the delivery room.

The tiny bed was empty. "Where...?" I asked the midwife.

"The man from Family Planning ordered us to give the injection," she replied, averting her eyes.

Despite all my efforts, the little boy had been killed.

The above story, which I read on the air on 12/24/97 got quite a response from my listeners. It is also a illustration of a clear and present danger that America faces from four different fronts. This all out assault is surrounding us from all directions. Here is a brief generalized breakdown of just who comprises the menace which completely surrounds us...

1) An ever enlarging monolithic rights grabbing fascist government intent on becoming a substitutiary mechanism for God and His son Christ. This group is now in the process of flexing it's muscles right now through it's legislative, economic, and spin doctoring. News media, congressmen, high level businessmen, and banksters all compromise this group.

2) A group of government ordained representatives known as the clergy (although incredibly encompassing, there is a minute number of Christ centered individuals in this group NOT fitting that criteria) who prefer being a "Caesar pleaser" than serving the Son of the Most High.

3) The apathetic minions of the New World Order church (known largely as today's modern parishioners) who yawn, sigh, and say either "what, me worry?", or "what am I supposed to do?"

4) The hell bound "Angel of Light" known as Satan, along with his horrific hoard. Although many people downplay the existence of a literal devil, aside from the subtle and notsosubtle influence they have on those who do not serve the God of heaven, be assured that the Bible is quite clear that at a point in the not too distant future, they will openly walk the face of the earth. And, we will see them but many will not recognize who they truly are.

It appears we are surrounded, and there is nowhere to retreat to!!!

And that my friends, is the bottom line truth here. I reiterate again, there is NOWHERE to run to. You are faced with that reality, you have two choices from here: You either fight, or surrender. Now if you have chosen to fight, you are ALREADY DEAD or you should be. My Bible says you must die to yourself in order to live for Christ. If you surrender (like the vast overwhelming numbers have already done) then you will live now, but die later and that coming death is eternal.

However, if God is for us, WHO CAN STAND AGAINST US? In my own life, I am reaching a decision gate where I am NOT going to continue to waste time begging some local pastors to get off of their dead donkeys (for want of calling it what I would rather), and neither will I keep hammering on the sheeple to keep them from falling over the precipice they are tottering on.

The story of this Chinese obstetrician is an apt example of the direction this country is now heading, and yet in terms of our duties to God, we are still called to stand bold and face that agenda rebuking it and educating the ignorant until Yeshua God returns to execute His judgement on the earth. Will you stand with Him, or against Him. If you are not working for Him, you are working against Him.

Authorities Aren't as Sane as Shirley Allen

Subject: Shirley Allen Hearings

As previously announced, state Senator Chris Lauzen agreed to
hold hearings on the debacle that unfolded in Roby, Illinois. As
you'll recall, a local judge ordered a woman by the name of
Shirley Allen to be taken into custody for a psychiatric examination
at the request of her children. Shirley resisted and held off
authorities for 39 days.

First friends, the good news..(or least what authorities call good
news) Shirley Allen has been judged to be sane

During this period of time, the Illinois State police reportedly blared
noise and obnoxious music into her home while isolating it from
the rest of the neighborhood. They also turned off her water, heat,
and electricity, while at the same time attempted to starve her into
submission by cutting off her food supplies. Shirley finally
succumbed to the authorities after she was knocked out by a bean
bag fired at her by the police.

Shirley Allen has now been released from the hospital with a
clean bill of goods. Although she suffered from the treatment she
endured during the siege, the shrinks could find nothing mentally
wrong with her. The analysts do caution, however, that if Shirley
was indeed a little off balance, she could have recovered during
her stay in the hospital. It now appears Ms. Allen will be handed
a bill for $50,000 to cover the cost of her internment in the hospital.
She will also be handed a large legal bill for the services of the
attorney called into protect her after she was taken into custody!
On top of all this, the Illinois State police reportedly spent
$750,000 of your hard earned money during their "exercises."

Last fall, we requested Sen. Lauzen to hold hearings into this
fiasco. Specifically, we would like to determine:

1. is the law, which allows a citizen to be institutionalized, truly
necessary?

2. if such a law is truly necessary, does the law need modification
in order to provide legal representation at hearings designed to
determine if a person should be institutionalized?

3. should the state assume institutionalization expenses incurred
as a result of such an episode?

We are proud to say the following member organizations have

1) When the assault was mounted against Shirley Allen, why was this action allowed to happen? I mean friends, it put her in harms way to the point of actually threatening her life through her righteous constitutional and just decision to defend herself with deadly force?

2) What was the true purpose here of the media spin doctors, who if they possessed a single minute shred of integrity, should have been shouting from the rooftops about the incredible abuse by the local psychiatric and law enforcement agencies?

I n my humble opinion, Gordon Kahl's murder, the seizure and assault on Byron Dale, the Ruby Ridge executions of the Weavers, the murder of Donald Scott, the military assault on WACO, and the dozens of other atrocities currently culminating with Shirley Allen, show what happens when one blasphemes against the dictates of government-god. Judgement is swift and without mercy.

Do we however, simply blame law enforcement and psychiatrists for this barrage into a widowed woman's personal rights? Acting as co-conspirators into this militaristic and thought police inspired foray is an indifferent Caesar pleasing church as well as the "sheeple" of our society who usually are motivated ONLY by what intrudes into their own personal lifestyles. Sharing, caring, reaching preaching and teaching....? Nah, Yeshua God was not talking to me when He said to reach out to the sick, the afflicted, the weak, the helpless.. (At least not until it is ME that is affected!)

You had better read Romans, Chapter 13 and realize it is ONLY a God fearing/obeying government and leadership that we follow. As to the rest, we are COMMANDED to rebel against them!!!

As I look back and think of this hectic last year
There were too many things that I could write about here
So I will just try to wipe the tears from my eyes
And will give my best shot as I now summarize

As the Bible does speak of the land and it's leaders
And just what will befall those who are not Godly heeders
Let's spend a few minutes on a prince of the fell
By the name of Bill Clinton, who is bound straight to hell

The headlines did speak of the death of Ron Brown
And lied saying human error brought this plane down
But few (if not any) did not print what was hot
In his head was a hole showing in the top he was shot

Vince Foster again was on many a tongue
Although of his odd death not many odes have been sung
McCurry and company did their arrogant best
To deter any effort at a murder inquest

Now although William Colby did not die this last year
From the press there was little for the White House to fear
For this well seasoned oarsman's dead body was found
And was alleged behind his house that he simply did drown

Utah did quake when the Slickster did give
Away millions of acres on which the people did live
Of course once the Rhiady's were brought into Bill's fold
The people of Utah were left out in the "coal"

It also appears that the Chinese were given
A lot of our land where the people were livin'
COSCO and the army of a communist land
Were fast eating out of our President's hand

While saying we must hire ten thousands of cops
Our new federal police pull out all the stops
But there is one little problem for crime's on the decline
Unless they pick on the people who do write clever rhyme

But enough of the Slickster and his socialist wench

For a fourth quarter rally of the Republicans came
To bolster the Demo's in this socialist game

Posing with Clinton was New World Order Newt
And when you look at his record this facist's a beaut

Is that most of the pastorate offer nary a man
To stand up to the tyranny God says we should break

Now on the front of the clergy there was a lot of religion
As a lot of our pastors made a whorish decision
To join Promise Keepers who abandon God's word
And enlist openly in the devil's sheep herd

Mormon and Muslim , JW and Jew
This Babylonian gathering is not anything new
Catholic and Protestant and New Ager as well
This ecumenical church was forged right out of hell

But then most of those claiming to be our Lord's leaders
Have a stronger desire to be Pharisitical deceivers
As they shake your right hand they do reach in your pocket
For it's not sharing His word, but tis cash on their docket

Our most precious gift is the children we raise
Whom we are called to raise right and not in godless malaise
Yet we allow the seduction of this most precious prize
As our Lord Christ does wipe forth the tears from His eyes

We buy up the goods from the Chinese that are pagan
And we now see the folly warned of by insider Myron Fagan
As in China and elsewhere are the children now eaten
While in hell are the fires of eternity heating

Leviticus 20 speaks of those who do sup
With ones who in ritual offer our dear children up
We need not partake in the same sacrifice
To suffer God's wrath? Apathy will suffice

So few now stand up for what God said we should do
They would rather seek comfort and they hide in a pew
Or sing happy songs and pretend it's all right
As our children are led into Satan's dark night

So I beg you stand firm and do not give an inch
As we feel pressure from hell let us try not to flinch
For when He the Creator is the One we embrace
We should stand up and spit in the devil's own face

THE WEAPONS OF TOMORROW

It was in the dark of night on 1 March 1995 when a Somali civilian walked onto the grounds of the Mogadishu airport. The last minutes of his life had arrived.

From the south end of the airstrip, a commando with U.S. Navy SEAL Team 5 aimed a laser device in his direction.

The laser, developed at the Air Force's Phillips Laboratory, is one of several advanced weapons under study by the U.S. military. It can be mounted on a conventional weapon like an M-16 rifle, and the high-intensity light it emits can stun or even burn delicate parts of the eyes, resulting in temporary or permanent blindness.

Officially, it is said that the laser beam was used only to 'illuminate' the man at the Mogadishu airport and to confirm that he carried a grenade. But that version of events might never be disputed because the Somali was promptly shot by a sniper from the same Navy SEAL group.

The laser is just one of a myriad of new high-technology weapons under development by the U.S. military. Indeed, even as American technology received a standing ovation for the Mars landing, the 'dark side' of America's new-age research made a brief appearance on the pages of a popular national news magazine. And the picture it paints of twenty-first century warfare is terrifying.

The feature, 'Wonder Weapons,' appears in the 7 July edition of U.S. News and World Report. And it describes a vast array of ultra- modern military technologies that might seem at first more like science fiction than reality.

One type is the laser that was used in Somalia. Weapons that cause permanent blindness are now banned under international law, but 'glare' lasers, which are thought to cause only temporarily loss of sight, are permissible and 'might be used in hostage situations, prisons riots and special operations,' the journal reports.

A second category is the acoustic weapon. This technology also exists in prototype form and was likewise recommended for testing in Somalia, according to the journal. Acoustic weapons emit sonic frequencies that cause such sensations as debilitating dizziness and motion sickness or nausea, and can also generate vibrations of body organs result in extreme pain, seizures, or death.

Acoustic weapons can penetrate buildings, and are also considered effective in crowd control situations, in clearing the way for military convoys, or for application against individuals or select groups. Acoustic fences can also be used to repel invaders, since people would become progressively sicker as they get closer to the device.

Still another class of advanced weaponry uses electromagnetic heat or microwaves. One example is the 'thermal gun' that has the capacity to create heat in the human body, generating very high fevers, acute illness, and even death. Another version of the same technology brings on convulsions similar to those suffered by epileptics.

The Armed Forces Radio-biology Research Institute in Bethesda, Maryland is working on additional variations of the device that can induce sleep and cause brain cells to release large amounts of histamine, giving victims flu-like symptoms. The U.S. News and World Report adds that an Air Force research team recently reviewed more than 1,000 existing and potential exotic weapons projects, including one whose description bore the chilling promise, 'put the enemy to sleep/keep the enemy from sleeping', and another involving 'brain- wave manipulation' to alter the sleep process. The report also describes a vehicle-mounted microwave gun that can impact heart rates, cause burns and fevers, disturb brain waves, create memory loss, and induce a fatal heart attack.

Finally, there are 'vortex weapons.' These use an explosive charge to create a massive shock wave that travels at hundreds of miles per hour. Used alone, this instrument 'can knock down people or even aircraft,' according to the report, and it might also be used in combination with 'gases or chemical agents.'

Virtually all of these new military inventions exist in model form, and their usefulness for conventional warfare or as part of an 'unconventional' (covert) operation is fairly obvious. An assassination that leaves its victim dead of heart failure or a high fever might easily be seen by military strategists as the ideal tactic, assuming an autopsy would show only the immediate cause of death and not the use of the device.

As part of a small-scale combat effort or an instrument to quell a popular uprising, sleep inducement and pain-causing equipment could see widespread application. And if the task is merely to repel anti-American demonstrators at a U.S. embassy somewhere, an acoustic fence would come in handy.

Besides their military use, these weapons would have an enormous psychological impact. Once the world learns of these instruments of torture, would-be revolutionaries may think twice about overthrowing a regime supported by the west. After all, even guerrillas willing to die for a cause might be less apt to take the risk if it involved extreme suffering, long-term confinement, and public humiliation.

And there is no doubt that the U.S. military is taking these issues very seriously. A lengthy report appearing in the quarterly Airpower Journal of 1 April 1995 argued that the deployment of non-lethal or 'sub-lethal' weapons like those described in the U.S. News and World Report would permit the United States to act more quickly than would be the case if conventional arms were the only option.

The use of such futuristic war machinery would also make decisive military action more palatable to the west, where the public is leery of high body counts. The journal notes, for instance, that western countries have acquired an 'intolerance of casualties when weighted against the casualty tolerance of the developing world.' Thus the writers demand that the west, 'and the United States as leader of the world community, must develop and be ready, willing and able to deploy decisive nonlethal weapons in situations where casualty-tolerance rogue states and sub-national or pan-national groups must be stopped by casualty-intolerant coalition forces.'

The Airpower Journal, a joint publication of the U.S. Department of Defense, the Air Force, and the AirUniversity, also gives a laundry list of 'imperatives' facing the so-called 'world community' and the United States in the coming years: to enforce 'the international rule of law,' to protect 'human rights,' to 'ensure the national security of the United States,' to 'create a climate of safety for globalized U.S. trading interests,' to preserve 'the ecology and environment' and, above all, to 'maintain U.S. world leadership.'

In these and other cases, exotic weapons would give the U.S. a new means to 'act below the threshold of war... without risking long-term involvement in a politically unsustainable ground war,' the Airpower Journal argues. Moreover, it continues, sub-lethal or disabling military technology is particularly satisfactory 'in an urban or complex environment,' allowing the U.S. to exert force 'while claiming the moral high ground under constant media scrutiny.' And finally, such technology is relatively inexpensive and would enhance the ability of the U.S. to threaten military action 'as a credible deterrent,' in the words of the authors.

In the end, the military report leaves readers no doubt as to who will be the intended targets of this post-modern warfare: 'rogues states and .. . civil warmongers ... and religious fundamentalists,' among others. But virtually no part of the developing world will be exempt.

'The greatest threat to the international rule of law in modern memory may be the spread of chaotic de-stabilization throughout the developing world,' the journal warns. 'Unable to see these disparate threats as part of a single class of threat with effects greater than the sum of its parts, the United States and the international community fail to act decisively. As in the mathematical model of chaos theory, the number of discrete destablising events, nondestructive to the status quo when taken singly, may mount until their frequency causes a catastrophic shift in the nature of things - in this case, the balance of power in the world.'

In other words, the important conflicts of the future are more likely to be ideologically- based than territorial. They can be expected to result more from popular sentiment than military decisions by heads of state. And this means that the 'enemies' of the twenty first century will consist of highly-committed people with a great deal to win or lose, as opposed to conscripted soldiers following orders.

This, combined with the fact that the western share of the world's population and labor-power falling rapidly, has produced what Singapore's Deputy Secretary of Foreign Ministry Kishore Mahbubani has called the 'siege mentality' of the west. 'Simple arithmetic demonstrates western folly,' says Mahbubani. 'The west has 800 million people; the rest make up almost 4.7 billion. [And] no western society would accept a situation where 15 percent of its population legislated for the remaining 85 percent.'

And so U.S. long-term planning has turned toward specialized weaponry - hardware that is equally well-suited for use against individuals and combat battalions, and as much at home in a non- military setting as in a military one.

But a reliance on these technologies to maintain a unipolar world order implies a presumption that the U.S. will be alone in producing the devices. In truth, however, the potential for proliferation is enormous. As secretive as the military research may be, the technologies generally have other applications and could be acquired by almost anyone. In fact, one piece of equipment coveted by the Pentagon actually originated in the U.S. private sector.

The "Pulse Wave Myotron," originally created as a crime security device to be used against assailants, consists of a small box about the size of a pack of cigarettes. Contact with Myotron scrambles the signals from the part of the brain that controls voluntary activity. The result is that a person falls to the ground in intense pain, unable to move, while vital functions such as heartbeat and breathing remain unaffected. Recovery takes several minutes.

William Gunby, chief executive of the company that makes the device, told the U.S. News and World Report that its effect is nothing short of 'horrible.'

More importantly, Gunby asserts that officials from the Defence Department contacted him during the gulf war. 'They asked me about bonding the Myotron's pulse wave to a laser beam so that everyone in the path of the laser would collapse," Gunby explains.

The concept was unworkable, he recalls, adding, 'I was told that these calls were totally confidential and that they would completely deny it if I ever mentioned it.'

Junk Mail

How many of you open your mailbox, only to be greatly disheartened by the barrage of junk mail you receive?? If you are at all like me, you become a little offended by the junk mail, and often throw it out without even looking at it. Well, after I have asked repeatedly if what I sent was serving, if you were even receiving it, if you were passing it on, less than one in ten of you even responded. We find ourselves very quick to condemn, and usually NEVER give someone a call and let them know if they are doing a good job, or even thank them for trying.

After I sent out my email alert about my stress level (which literally almost killed me), I got four responses out of my entire fax list. And then I started considering things.. Is it truly God's will for me to give me life up to a bunch who embraces half truths and maintains an at large indifference to the things which cause the Most High God grief and pain???

Was I wasting this temple he gave me?

First, the church (alleged) does not wish to understand why we serve our Lord, and desires to remain immersed in grabbing up great quantities of new recruits who are then inadequately trained in the methodology and responsibilities are being a true born again believer. This is reflected in the fact that the Christian religion is the slowest growing of all the major religions.. Basically, the pastors prepare their flock for submitting to Caesar, and rather than trying to reach out to people dedicated to unswerving servitude, thinking the mega-church theosophy is the way to go...

Finding myself increasingly disturbed by comfort zone Christianities ever increasing withdrawal from reality, trying so hard to find out if I am serving by asking for a simple response. After seeking wise counsel in His Word, and the advice of an elder brother, I have now reached this conclusion.

I am trying to awake the a sleeping church which simply doesn't wish to be disturbed, I may be mis-directing my work. Basically, those of you who have not responded to my pleas are either uncaring (Pearls before swine??), or perhaps you are even intentionally diluting my efforts to take away time that is most precious to me. URBAN WARRIORS NEED TRAINING CITY By Lisa Hoffman, Scripps Howard News Service

WASHINGTON The Marines are looking for a few good U.S. cities those willing to host military exercises in urban warfare on downtown streets, that is.

Convinced that the battlefields of the future is more likely to be in the streets of Mogadishu, Somalia, than on the sands of Iwo Jima, the Marine Corps wants to try out new tactics and technology in an environment as close to the real world as possible.

There are certain urban elements, such as sewers and skyscrapers, that could prove pivotal in battle that simply can't be replicated on a military installation, said Tim Jones, spokesman for the marines' Warfighting Laboratory, which is planning for the stillunfolding shape of combat in the 21st century.

"We just can't simulate that" Jones said.

Marine Commandant Gen. Charles Krulak said recently that he hopes several cities on the East Coast and at least one on the West Coast will agree to host war games., which would form part of a twoyear experiment dubbed "Urban Warrior" that began this month. If planning proceeds on schedule,and cities can be recruited to participate, at least one summer exercise could be held this summer on the East Coast with others soon to follow, the Marines said.

Krulak wants the exercises to come as close to reality as possible, albeit without disrupting a city too much or posing a hazard. Plastic bullets, which pack a powerful sting when they hit the skin, might be used, and civilians might be invited to participate. The experience to be gained by training in a true urban environment would be invaluable, said Krulak, who sees peril and possibility in the changing nature of warfare ahead.

That's because the world is rapidly becoming urbanized. By 2025 about 85% of the global population will be concentrated in cities. More than 70% of those cities will be located in the coastal regions of the world, traditional areas of battle for the Marines. Cities, particularly in lesserdeveloped countries, are often breeding grounds for ethnic clashes and other social ills that can mushroom into larger conflicts. And urban battlegrounds are decidedly more chaotic and complex than the openground or sea battlefields of the past, Krulak and other military experts say.

In the conflict of the future, storming and holding a beachhead are likely to be replaced by what Krulak has dubbed "Threeblock war" where troops will have to handle everything from snipers to starving civilians, often simultaneously.

1) those willing to host military exercises in urban warfare on downtown streets, that is. Now hold on..with schools teaching sensitivity training, alternative lifestyles and diversity tolerance, can it be that these expensive programs are designed to fail, and the elite know it? YEP!!

2) the Marine Corps wants to try out new tactics and technology in an environment as close to the real world as possible. What is their definition of the real world? My thoughts are that with planned famines, manipulation of weather, introduction of biochemical hazards developed in OUR laboratories, and the every increasing dictatorial tyranny of the federal/world gov't, they know at a certain point that even the dulled down masses will riot. In fact, they are counting on it. ORDER THROUGH CHAOS (Their motto, NOT mine)!!

The military spokesman has an important point here.. Replica American towns (like Fort Polk and others) where U.S. & Russian troops have been training to kill civilians for years, simply do not have sewers and skyscrapers. The Beginning of the End,
(or the end of the Beginning?(Pt1)

By now, unless you have been asleep for the last day or two, perhaps dead, or can't get past the shopping channel on cable TV, the fur is flying in regard to PResident Clinton's fairly obvious Biblically weak moral standards...

Yesterday (1/21/98), what WERE the presidents best soldiers (known as the news media) fired salvo after salvo at Clinton administration front man Mike McCurry, who was not able to completely side step all of the darts. McCurry openly showed signs indicating the level of frustration had nearly peaked, and I believe the signs of open anger were barely restrained.

I know LOTS of people who believe this is it, that Clinton is going down, death to the New World Order, Etc... Before we all start dancing in the aisles, there are a few points to consider on this situation, both pro and con.. I mean, it looks sooooo good. But, is it?

Before we go on however, I wish you to take a brief moment and offer up the following prayers:

1) Pray for the truth to come out, unfettered by political agenda's from ANY major party

2) Pray for the repentance of Bill and Hillary Clinton, along with their entire corrupt regime..

3) Pray for protection for the lives of Bill and Hillary Clinton, contingent upon point #2..

4) Pray for the people of this country to awake to the fact that we WILL be judged according to our unwillingness to approach our leaders demanding they repent from their wicked ways..

Now, let us analyze the potentials of this momentous event.. There are questions that need to be asked, and explored thoroughly so we can look for the next socialist ambush on America. And in case you wonder why I spend the time doing these things, understand my friends, we are in a war of principalities and powers. If the enemy knows you are aware of an ambush, they are much less likely to spring it on you. If the enemy can be forced into a frontal attack before they have fully completed their preparations, we will have a better chance of "soul" survivals, which is truly where this battle and warfare are actually geared to conquer..

Why is the news media apparently so hot to go after this one issue, when so many others are so well documented Clinton grotesqueries that so much more easily documentable AND provable?

First off, let us examine a few of the words that President Clinton is using:

1) The PResident keeps saying "he did not have a sexual relationship!" Then his staff (i.e. McCurry) goes on to say these allegations are untrue (Remember that Clinton is a lawyer as is a number of his staff). Perhaps we had better check his words out with a legal source, particularly since Bill Clinton does not seem to seek THE heavenly source, and does seem to work overtime to subjugate our country to Babylonian/Roman Civil Law.

According to Black's Law Dictionary (6th Edition1990) the legal definition of certain words which keep showing as prominent terms in press conferences and statements by the Clintonista's:

Fact. A thing done; an action performed or an incident transpiring; an event or circumstance; an actual occurrence; an actual happening in time or space or an event mental or physical; that which has taken place. City of South Euclid v. Clapacs, 6 Ohio Misc. 101, 213 N.E.2d 828, 832. Evidence. A circumstance, event or occurrence as it actually takes or took place; a physical object or appearance, as it usually exists or existed. An actual and absolute reality, as distinguished from mere supposition or opinion. A truth, as distinguished from fiction or error.

"Fact" means reality of events or things the actual occurrence or existence of which is to be determined by evidence. *Fact goes on for several paragraphs, but the relevancy is contained above..

I believe you have to have evidence to prove a fact, or evidence to disprove it. Does that exist?? Now in terms of the use of the word relationship, I did not find that particular word defined in Black's law dictionary, but I did find the word relation...

Relation. A relative or kinsman; a person connected by consanguinity. A person connected with another by blood or affinity. Liprie v. Michigan Millers Mut. Ins. Co., La.App., 143 So.2d 597, 600.

Is Mr. Clinton saying that he did not have sex with a family member? Notice please, President Clinton did NOT use the word carnal knowledge, which clearly shows even "oral sex" is a definable action. Next, Mike McCurry and others have said that the Lewinsky allegations are untrue.. Please notice that in the Black's definition what I have underlined..

True. Conformable to fact; correct; exact; actual; genuine; honest. In one sense, that only is "true" which is conformable to the actual state of things. My friends, it is imperative that we see through these "word games" and realize that within the Roman Civil Government/Babylonian legal context the Clintonista's are using, they may actually be telling the truth, as they see it. However, their truth is based on a relativistic moral system, and our country and her constitution can ONLY be used and effective for a moral and just people. If call yourself a moral and just people, we should be praying to Yahweh and SHOUTING from the rooftops about the apparent discrepancies and word games being used... TRUE values are not relative or mutable, but are BIBLICAL!!!

IF the Gallup polls and interviews are indeed representative (although I doubt it) of the American public, MOST of the people polled and asked seem top indicate that they do not give a darn about Clinton's "alleged" problem with keeping his zipper up. Tapes offer detailed account of story

Linda R. Tripp decided to take her story of furtive Oval Office sex to Whitewater independent counsel Kenneth W. Starr when President Clinton's lawyer called her a liar.

Miss Tripp, close friends for months with White House intern Monica Lewinsky, had been taping telephone and facetoface conversations she had with the young woman about an 18-month sexual relationship she had with Mr. Clinton, according to lawyers and others close to the Starr investigation.

These lawyers and others tell this account:

She was angered when Mr. Clinton's lawyer, Robert S. Bennett, denounced accusations she made last year about another White House aide's sexual involvement with Mr. Clinton as a "pack of lies" and by comments by White House spokesmen that she was a "reckless gossip." The woman in question later confirmed Miss Tripp's account.

Miss Lewinsky, who went to work at the White House in December 1995 as a 21yearold unpaid aide in the office of Chief of Staff Leon Panetta, was not reluctant to describe sexual trysts she said she had with the president. She played for Miss Tripp telephone messages Mr. Clinton had left on her answering machine.

Miss Tripp, a former White House executive assistant who later moved to a job at the Pentagon, told Mr. Starr she had 10 to 15 tapes, some as long as two, with Miss Lewinsky describing sex with the presidentin a room near the Oval Office, latenight "phone sex" conversations she had with Mr. Clinton and assertions by the president that he did not believe oral sex legally constituted adultery.

Mr. Starr's office found the tapes credible enough to send prosecutors to talk with her "almost immediately." A twohour conversation resulted in a decision to put a body microphone on Miss Tripp to tape another conversation with the intern. That tape, lasting three hours, provided even more intimate details.

A lot of Clinton supporters are more than angry that Kenneth Starr (who in my eyes has been running interference for the Clinton White house from day one) would have the audacity to covertly tape the private conversations of a man elected to public office. Here's a few points not being talked about!

1) Since we the sheeple are constantly getting the wool pulled over our eyes on wide range of issues, isn't it our just due to know everything we can about our leadership since so many of us are the ones who have our blood, sweat and tears converted from work hours to cash to fund these corrupt, power drunk whore mongers who infest the halls of power? I mean, it's only our lives these crooks rob...

2) As I watched the crowd milling around Kenneth Starr, I was in awe about the angry verbal protest and threats that assaulted Mr. Starr. If that were to happen at a prolife protest of an abortionist (for all practical purpose we aren't even allowed to gather to do that anymore) death mill , or if verbal threats were levied at Mr. Clinton, there would have mass arrests and news commentary made.

3) That Clinton administration has been at the forefront in battering down the barriers of freedom to implement widespread personal abuses in terms of virulent and vehement legislation to open the parameters of wire tapping and sting operations to go after John & Jane Q. Conservative? It is sadly laughable that the liberal pond scum would protest so loudly the very procedures they scream are necessary to effectuate their own ever growing and all encompassing control of the country.

The problem here is not only the president and the issue of lip service, both in terms of sexual acts that may have been performed on him, but the dedication of "Christians" who profess with the mouth and NOT with the heart. It is not enough to simple profess we are the "good guys", but we are called to demand righteousness and justice from our leaders. Those of us who sacrifice ourselves to do what the masses should be doing are exercising what I refer to as the "accountability factor." Of course, if you don't exercise the Biblically mandated principle of accountability, is that because you don't feel accountable to Christ? How few now read and understand the Full Gospel?

THE TRANSFER AGREEMENT - Part Two

I received numerous objections to the first part of my review of
Edwin Black's book, The Transfer Agreement. Two arguments
were repeated. First, who is Edwin Black and why should we trust
him? Mr. Black was a longtime reporter for the Chicago Tribune
and the son of Holocaust survivors. His book was published by no
less than MacMillan and was delayed for many months until its
editor, Ned Chase was satisfied that every point was proved
conclusively.

The second objection is just as easy to answer. Numerous
correspondents complained about dredging up fifty year old
history and asked what the point of it is. The point is that the
mentality of the socialist Zionists has not changed and few Israelis
learned the lesson the first time around.

In 1933, the vast majority of Palestinian Jews showed their
righteous anger at the Nazis by boycotting German goods. At the
same time, the Labor Zionist leadership scoffed at majority
opinion and conducted secret negotiations with Hitler's regime of
terror which lead to a wide ranging economic pact.

In 1993, the vast majority of Israeli Jews showed their righteous
anger at the PLO by refusing to recognize them as remotely
potential diplomatic partners. At the same time, the Labor Zionist
leadership scoffed at majority opinion and conducted secret
negotiations with Arafat's regime of terror which led to a wide
ranging diplomatic pact.

In 1933, the chief negotiator with the Nazis, Chaim Arlosoroff was
murdered and though the perpetrators of the deed did not come
from the political opposition and the Labor Zionist leadership
knew it, they exploited the murder to push through their immoral
pact when objections to it became overwhelming.

In 1993, the chief negotiator with the PLO, Yitzhak Rabin...finish
the previous sentence. Now let Edwin Black tell the story with
some commentary by me intruding on his narrative.

pp 137- (The) first task was to circulate word that the official
proposal of Zionism was in the hands of Chaim Arlosoroff, head of
the Political Department of the Jewish Agency..."This leads me to
a central question...the liquidation of capital and holdings
belonging to German Jewish emigrants," Arlosoroff explained...
"It makes no sense to ignore it or think it can be solved without an
agreement with the German government."

pp 148- Chaim Arlosoroff was one of the most provocative thinkers
of his day...His Jewish friends began to fear and hate him.
Arlosoroff was a top Mapai (Labor) leader, but the Labor-aligned
moderates could hardly contain their fury that the prodigy of the
Zionist movement was abandoning all Zionist discipline.
Unilaterally he was formulating and executing policy-binational
breakthroughs with the Arabs and controversial trade-offs with the
Nazis. Arlosoroff was by himself engineering the fate of societies
and nations, not in theoretical, discreet ways but by one stunning
fait accompli after another. He was giving away the Promised
Land to the Arabs, and in doing so giving away the Zionist
elections to the Revisionists (Likud). Arlosoroff would have to be
stopped.

His enemies among the Jews were convinced there was no
greater nemesis. Arlosoroff was a special foe of Revisionism. It
was Arlosoroff who in late 1931 conceived the decree against
membership in Jabotinsky's Revisionist Union. The calls for his
assassination were so commonplace during early 1933 that it was
rumored Revisionist circles were merely debating whether to kill
him before or after the Eighteenth Zionist Congress.

pp 150- On June 9, the Palestinian Revisionist newspaper Hazit
Haam declared, "At a time when the people of Israel in Palestine
and abroad are in a defensive war of honor against Germany...an
official of the Jewish Agency, (Arlosoroff) suggests not only a
cancellation of the boycott but also a promise of a market for
German imports..." The animosity of the Jewish masses... cast
Arlosoroff in a deep depression.

pp 151- Arlosoroff at first refused protection saying, "No Jew would
kill me."

pp 152- At the hospital, the doctors were ill prepared and
indecisive...there was no surgeon on duty...With the last air in his
lungs he turned toward the mayor of Tel Aviv and whispered,
"Look what they have done to me." And then he died.

pp 157- Quickly the Revisionists emerged as the logical, and to a
larger extent, the most suitable culprits. Police squads raided the
apartments of leading Revisionist figures, including Abba
Achimeir, the editor of Hazit Haam...There they found a Betar
activist named Abraham Stavsky...Sima Arlosoroff identified
Stavsky as the man who held the flashlight and Polish Revisionist
Avi Rosenblatt as the one who fired the pistol. Some weeks later
Achimeir was accused of masterminding the plot.

Sima Arlosoroff was under tremendous pressure from Mapai
leaders to maintain her damaging testimony despite doubts. In the
months that followed, the murder investigation was beseiged by
bought-and-paid-for Arab confessions, false witnesses,
manufactured evidence, bizarre theories, dramatic revelations
and unanswerable questions. Within a year Rosenblatt and
Achimeir were both acquitted due to conflicting evidence...
Stavsky was finally released on an evidence technicality...
Mapai leaders, satisfied that Revisionism was implicated-
whether or not juridically guilty- would refuse to discuss the case
even decades later.

pp 158- Jabotinsky was often held personally responsible.
Pamphlets call him "a bloodthirsty beast." David Ben Gurion
admitted he "was less interested in whether Stavsky is the
murderer than Jabotinsky." Ben Gurion declared that Jabotinsky
bore full responsibility because he was Revisionism's
"Commander,leader and mentor."

Hostilities continued as Mapai forces hammered away at
Revisionism, labeling it a Fascist misfit of Zionism, and harassing
Jews who supported Jabotinsky. Jabotinsky himself was portrayed
as the Jewish Hitler, commanding forces analogous to Nazi Storm
Troopers. And yet in truth, it was not the stalwarts of Jewish
militancy, the Revisionists, who had constructed avenues of
commercial and political detente with the Third Reich. It was the
forces of Mapai.

The stage of the Rabin murder was constructed of precisely the
same material and starred the same actors. Sima Arlosoroff, like
Leah Rabin knew more than she was permitted to tell and under
duress, blamed the political opposition. Yigal and Hagai Amir,
played Stavsky and Rosenblatt in the latest production.
Netanyahu made a fine Jabotinsky, Barak, a less convincing Ben
Gurion. Arafat played a most persuasive Hitler. The props changed
but almost no alterations were made in the script.

Now the scene changes to the 18th Zionist Congress in Prague.
Word has leaked about the secret Transfer Agreement. Labour
Zionism must deflect criticism of their immoral pact and to do so,
they play the Arlosoroff card just as effectively as today's Labor
Party played the Rabin card to keep its immoral deals with the
PLO on track.

pp 314- When the session finally resumed, Revisionists were
anxious to demand more details of the Transfer Agreement. But
the proceeding was interrupted by what many believed was a
staged emergency. Someone dramatically handed Motzkin a
telegram: Motzkin reacted with a look of shock. The presidium
passed the telegram around and announced this session would be
adjourned at once...word quickly spread that the cable had come
from Palestine. It claimed one of the Revisionists on trial for the
murder of Arlosoroff had confessed to the crime...The next day,
the Congress delegates quickly learned the "confession cable"
was a fake. Still, the false alarm had served to foreclose debate
one more day on the truly pressing issue: The Transfer Agreement.

pp 330/331- Now that representatives of all parties had heard
Political Committee testimony about at least the superficial
aspects of the agreement, the Revisionists believed they could
appeal to the delegates for a resolution of nullification. As
expected, the only way Mapai could block this was by intensifying
their allegations that Revisionists killed Arlosoroff...Hitting hard
with the murder accusation, Katznelson cried, "Only one of us has
been slaughtered so far..." This is how it went. Hour after hour,
night after night. The crisis in Germany was omitted from the
agenda. The menace of Hitlerism was bypassed. The Nazis must
have been smiling.

pp 334- Mapai had finally succeeded in scheduling a special
session devoted exclusively to the question of violence...The
Actions Committee was then empowered "in the most effective
manner...to remove from the Zionist Organization those elements
responsible for violence."

It's as if whoever plotted the murder of Rabin said, "Let's do
Arlosoroff all over again." Once Rabin was out of the way, all
debate about the Oslo Accord was hushed in precisely the same
manner. Anyone who dared oppose the accord was labeled an
assassin and that justified carrying on with the nefarious
agreement.

To my critics I say, read The Transfer Agreement by Edwin Black.
Learn from history. The same mentality of the same people is at
work in our time. We cannot allow them to lead us to slaughter
again.

The American Consumer (or should I say, Consumed?)

Last night on the State of the Union address, I saw one of the master showmen of all time, William Jefferson Clinton put on a performance that was worthy of the masters of stage and screen. The nuances and voice inflections were astonishingly polished, as was the accompanying hand gestures and body movements. The performance was first class entertainment...

That is, if you enjoy the rantings and ravings of socialist swine..

America is being consumed by socialism, consumed by it's own prurient self interests, and her future is being consumed by her apathy towards demanding a return to righteous leadership from our vile, corrupt government.

Mr. Clinton talked about the $200 billion dollar surplus, and yet reality based reasoning shows the combined personal, federal and corporate debt exceeds 25,000,000, 000, 000 dollars!!! Even the $200 billion that Clinton quotes is paperwork, for when we have people starving to death in our own country (what should be our prime focus), and next people starving to death across the world (while our ground lies fallow to keep market prices high for the financial pleasure of the elite), ludicrous accounting like the Clintonista's quote should INSTANTLY be grounds for impeachment. It is moral and spiritual treason at the highest level.

Taking that one step further, Bill Clinton also said the United States would have to bail out the Asian economy because if we don't, they will lower the price of their goods forcing us to lower the price of our goods and causing perhaps a global depression. That needs to be examined as well..

First of all, with near certainty, there is a global depression coming soon, and NOTHING except the intervention of THE God of heaven could possibly avoid that (however, why would Yahweh intervene to save a spoiled petulant nation whose addiction to their own personal prosperity un-Biblically precludes their involvement in securing this once great land for serving Him, and offering a better future for our children).

Second, the Asian markets are already getting top money for their goods as Mr. Clinton and both of the major political parties endorsed GAFFYA and GNAT (er, NAFTA and GATT), forcing small and middle American business to try to compete with child and slave labor wages in order to salvage our diminishing ability to produce (which simply further consolidates ALL production into the hands of the Globalist elite) goods for ourselves. My question to William Jefferson Commie (er, Clinton) is: "Since we are already buying their goods at top dollar (comparatively) to what their prior consumer sales were, shouldn't they already be stabilizing?"

Now, I will address the point Mr. Clinton made in reference to "the creation of millions of jobs" which have greatly benefitted us. This we need to carefully dissect..

First, Mr. Clinton was relatively honest in that statement. Millions of jobs have been created, but here in the U.S., we aren't seeing those jobs. U.S. manufacturers are however relocating their manufacturing plants overseas which does create millions of job opportunities for those people.

So can it be Mr. Presidential Swine, that when you use the word we, you are speaking of the globalist elite of whom you truly serve? Not all of us are as ignorant as you play us for Mr. PResident, although both of the major (and perhaps I had better include your nearly two decades long business partner's party, Ross Perot's United We Stand) parties have been almost universally compliant to your socialist machinations..

Since I am anchored in Christ and rocking the boat here, I may make some waves as well..

For all of the IDIOT/COMPROMISED/SOLDOUTFORSATAN "Christian" broadcasters out there, who promote their network's undying and underlying agenda to promote the Republican party "uber allas", I plead with you to pray to the God of heaven ( NOT of leaven) and seek His guidance as to whether or not your are Republican first, or a Christian (in the true sense) forever. (IF you are offended, good!! Ask yourself why?)

The republican party and the democrats are both opposite ends of the same candle, and they are burning at the same time. The wax or tallow that they burn is the future of the children of this country, as well as the world..

When both parties finish burning their wicks, they meet together in the middle, we will have no future (until the return of The Most High!) Do not give me the 501 C3 endorsed theosophy of "well, the Republican's are the best we have..". Until the Republican platform returns COMPLETELY to a Pro-family, Pro-Life, Pro-GOD agenda, tell them to manage without you. THIS is what the Creator God of the universe DEMANDS!!!

Food riots are occurring throughout the world, cannibalization is growing in Asia, weather anomalies (many of our own design!) plague us, man designed diseases/bioweapons are breaking out, the economy is on the verge of collapse. Does your arrogant/indifferent heart tell you, NOT ME? What is the answer?

On the contrary, Israel rejected the US request for Israeli self-control and non-retaliation against any Iraqi raids. The Israeli government issued an official statement in which it refused such a request.

The Israeli government and leader of the Labor Party Ehud Barak also criticized US Secretary of Defense William Cohen when he said that the pentagon asks for Israel's self-control, saying that Israel has a right to defend itself and that the US has no right to ask such a thing of Israel.

The United States intelligence community is studying the threat of chemical and biological terrorist attacks against civilian targets. It is hoped that a plan can be devised to help protect soft targets such as subway systems and airports. As reported some months ago in this publication, the U.S. Congress is planning to make military expertise available to cities across the U.S. to help mitigate such an attack that until not to long ago was "unthinkable."

Georgia Senator Sam Nunn said in March of this year, that the United States had a "remarkable lack of domestic preparedness" to deal with such situations. The senator has warned many times, "An attack of this kind is not a question of 'if' but 'when.'" Similar warnings have been offered in analysis' offered by the Emergency Response & Research Institute since 1987.

Central Intelligence Agency Director John Deutch warned that the threat of chemical and/or biological attack in the U.S. is "the most urgent, long-term pressing intelligence challenge we face. The materials and expertise necessary to build chemical and biological weapons are more readily available today than ever before."

The United States Defense Intelligence Agency has said that there is a proliferation of interest in biological weapons in the Third World. Can one imagine these weapons in the hands of the leaders of countries such as Burundi, Sudan, or Somalia? Actually, Somalia does not even have a working government. If these weapons were available there -- criminal gangs, really, would be in control of them.......

According to my sources, the US has already provided Israel with anti-biological equipment in the past, and in light of that information, I find myself asking questions I hope others will ask as well:

1) Since I am POSITIVE that geographical Israel already has this equipment, is it being sent over there to remove the possibility of our using it defensively here?

Now it seems apparent in the second article excerpted above, that biological warfare is something that the Federal government is taking serious, and yet they do NOT seem serious about doing any thing to protect the people of America. Contrary to the Judas goat teaching by America's pastors that "we must obey Caesar", we have a prior commitment (that is IF you have a covenental relationship with Christ) to protect our children and families, and to raise them in His ways..

Start paying more attention my friends, to the conglomeration of all major corporations, banks, and governments into a unified multi-international juggernaut. Why you may ask is this important, since we know a global government is predicted in the Bible?

A CHURCH OR A CORPORATION?

(Which Do YOU Attend?)

Joshua challenged the people: Choose ye this day whom ye will
serve. (Joshua 24:15) Today, government is demanding a similar
choice. The following is intended merely to provide an overview,
an introduction to the whole issue of the Church and incorporation.
Many sincere, God-fearing Christians in this land honestly believe
that they belong to a church that just happens to be incorporated
under the laws of their particular State and that just happens to
enjoy a 501(c)(3) status under federal tax regulations. Unfortunately,
they are sincerely wrong!

We shall herein endeavor to explore the natures of, and
relationship between, churches and corporations. We shall also
try to explore how and why churches entered the world of the
corporation in the first place.

The truth is, there is no such entity as an incorporated church. It is
a physical, legal and spiritual impossibility. The truth is, any church
that is incorporated has deposed Jesus Christ from His rightful
position as Head over His own Body (Ephesians 1:22; Colossians
1:18) and has surrendered that Body to the dominion of the State.

The truth is, incorporated churches are subject to total governmental
control -- whom they may hire, what they may and may not teach
and preach, etc. A corporation is a creature of the State and, as
such, has no constitutionally protected First Amendment Rights.
Check your state's corporation law. The state's creation
(corporation) is subject to demands of full disclosure of its
membership lists, members' giving records anything the State
wants.

The truth is, incorporated churches are not, by definition, churches
at all. They are merely not-for-profit enterprises, viewed by
government (and, unfortunately, often by themselves) as
indistinguishable from Planned Parenthood (whose legacy
includes the blood of some fifty million pre-born American babies)
-- or a homosexual-rights organization!

These were more noble . . . in that they received the word with all
readiness of mind, and searched the Scriptures daily, whether
those things were so." (Acts 17:11) Brethren, Search the Scriptures!
And if these things be so, then seek and OBEY the Mind of Christ!

I. A BRIEF HISTORY AND RATIONALE OF INCORPORATION

For many centuries, the Church got along just fine without
incorporation. She had no identity crisis, no self esteem problem.
She knew exactly who she was. She knew precisely Who her Lord
and her Bridegroom was. She gladly suffered persecution (II
Timothy 3:12), prosecution, imprisonment, torture and martyrdom
at the hands of civil tyrants throughout the ages.

Then she found herself in a unique and euphoric circumstance:
She was at peace with civil government; in fact, she had even
been instrumental in the establishment of that government! If she
were not seated upon the throne, she was certainly the power
behind that throne. Like no other time in history, it was in to be
Christian in the United States.

Unaccustomed to such prominence, she became drunk with her
own importance and let down her guard. She yielded to
temptation, forsook her Lord and Bridegroom and joined herself,
in an adulterous relationship, to another beneficent lover -- the
State!

Soon, she no longer had to say, Silver and gold have I none. No
longer could she say, Rise and walk. (Both quotes, Acts 3:6) But
who needs power when one has status?

A. THE LURES (Why incorporate?) 1. Limited Liability.

In giving her her marching orders, the Bridegroom had promised:
All power is given unto me . . . I am with you always. (Matthew 28:18,
20) Apparently, this was not enough for her. The State, her
adulterous lover, promised to protect her from lawsuits and other
attacks from without if only she would incorporate. Turning her
back on the promised care of her Bridegroom, she accepted her
lover's protection. (How would you have felt about that if you were
her Bridegroom?) 2. Respectability.

The world knew that the early Church was the Church because of
their power (Acts 1:8; 17:6), their love (John 13:35) and their
manifestations of the Spirit. Today the world assumes that the
church is the church because it is registered with, and defined by,
the State. In many cases, this is the only documentation and/or
authentication that a church has. How sad!

Again, what must the Bridegroom think of the fact that His bride's
adulterous lover defines His bride's identity?

3. Continuity, Perpetuity.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and
the Word was God . . . And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt
among us. (John 1:1 - 14) Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and
today, and forever. (Hebrews 13:8) I will never leave thee nor
forsake thee. (Hebrews 13:5) But the bride did not believe that her
Lord was able to perform His promise to preserve His bride. So she
forsook the omnipotent care of the Bridegroom for the legal
protections of her lover. And the Bridegroom once again finds
Himself standing outside, knocking, seeking entry. (Revelation 3:20)

B. THE HOOK (Tax Exemption; Deductibility of Gifts)

God loveth a cheerful giver. (II Corinthians 9:7) But the adulterous
lover promised, Incorporate, and I will return to you up to thirty-
five percent of your tithes and offerings! And the Bridegroom wept.
Now He knew that His bride purposeth in [her] heart . . . grudgingly,
or of necessity. (II Corinthians 9:7)

Now the bride is discovering, perhaps too late, that favors from
Washington, D. C., have strings attached. In this case, the string is
a rope that is being used to throttle her once-powerful voice, to
squeeze out her very life and, eventually, to hang her by the neck
until dead! II.

Defining Features

A. THE CHURCH:

1. A living Organism, whose Founder and sole Head is the LORD
Jesus, the Christ. (Matthew 16:18; Ephesians 1:22; Colossians 1:18)

2. Invisible to the judiciary; can neither sue nor be sued.

3. The Bible her sole Authority for both faith and practice.

4. Members added daily, upon conversion (Acts 2:47) and gifted
(and empowered to exercise their gifts) by the Holy Spirit.
(I Corinthians 12, etc.)

5. Members related to one another, to the LORD Jesus and to the
Church, His body, in a unique and wonderful way, analogous in
the Scriptures to parts (members) of the human body.
(I Corinthians 6:15, ch. 12; Ephesians 4:25, 5:30; etc.)

6. Officers are Pastors and Deacons.

B. A CORPORATION:

1. A lifeless organization, the creator and ultimate authority of
which is the State: said powers of creation and oversight usually
exercised through the office of the Secretary of State.

2. A fiction or Artificial Person before the judiciary: capable of
suing and of being sued, but bereft of unalienable rights as granted
by God, set forth in the Declaration of Independence, and protected
by the Constitutions, both State and federal. Subject to compelled-
compliance regulation at the arbitrary whim of the State
bureaucrat.

3. Corporation law is its rule of practice.

4. Members added pursuant to provisions of corporation law and
defined as full, associate, active, inactive, voting, non-voting, etc.:
again, pursuant to provisions of corporation law. 5. Officers may
include president, vice-president(s), board of directors, board of
trustees, chairman, vice-chairman, moderator, vice-moderator,
clerk, treasurer, financial secretary, recording secretary, etc., as
defined and/or mandated by corporation law. 6. Business meetings
and detailed record-keeping mandated and defined by corporation
law.

III. MUTUAL EXCLUSIVITY

A. YOUR AUTHORITY:

1. At Article III, o2, you say, . . . the New Testament in particular is
the infallible guide of faith and practice for the Church. Again, at
Article IV, o1, . . . [the Scriptures] are of supreme and final
authority in faith and life.

2. Corporation laws (specifically, those applicable to not-for-profit
corporations), -- in the name of uniformity, pluralism or the
compelling interest of the State -- do, indeed, restrict practice and
life. We shall look at specific examples below, but the essential
message is, Believe what you may, but do as we say! -- Or risk
losing your tax-exempt privileges! (And, after all, tax-exemption
was the reason that churches incorporated in the first place,
wasn't it?)

And forget about First-Amendment Rights. Man, created by God in
the image of God, was granted by God certain unalienable rights
which are constitutionally protected. Corporations, created by the
State, are not real or natural persons and, therefore, have NO
constitutional rights!

B. YOUR LEGAL STATUS:

1. At Article I, you set forth the LORD Christ's Church (whether He
would want you to or not) as being a Corporation . . . known in
law. A true New Testament Church is NOT known in law! It is
invisible to the eyes of the law and can neither sue nor be sued!

2. By voluntarily assuming corporate status, you are reducing the
Lord's Body, a unique Entity in all the universe, to the level of any
other not-for-profit human organization, AND you are opening the
door to lawsuits, both from the government and from private
citizens, thereby assuming a degree of liability that did not
previously exist.

C. THE LORD'S PROPERTY:

1. As a Church, you enjoy the unalienable right of property
ownership and are free to buy, to hold, to sell or to give away
property, both real and personal, as the Lord leads.

2. As a not-for-profit corporation, you forfeit any rights to property
ownership (See Article X, o6, |6). The State would force you to
give your net worth to Planned Parenthood, or some other
godless outfit, before it would allow you to give it to another Bible
believing, God fearing, Christ honoring, Gospel preaching Church
-- if that Church were not incorporated!

D. YOUR MESSAGE:

1. As a Church, you may preach the Gospel in an effort to convert
the world to Christ (Art. II), proclaim the depravity and lost
condition of man (Art. IV, o5), assert the exclusivity of the claims
of Christ (Art. IV, o7), and pronounce the certainty of the eternal
judgment of the lost (Art. IV, o10).

2. As a not-for-profit corporation, you may be restricted to
preaching only that which is politically correct and that which
neither conflicts with public policy nor assaults the hearer's sense
of mental well-being, self esteem, sexual orientation, etc.

And don't take this lightly. Just ask Pastor John MacArthur and
many, many others who have already found themselves in the
courtroom, at unbelievable expense, defending against some
psycho-babble wacko or some sexual pervert who has been
offended by the Biblical message. And it will get much worse
before it even starts to get better! Believe it!

E. YOUR INFLUENCE:

At Article X, o6, |7, you promise, The Church will have no
substantial part in any political campaign on behalf of any
candidate for public office. This is strictly corporation law, with
absolutely no foundation in Scriptures. In the days before
churches incorporated, pastors used to unashamedly and
unabashedly tell their people not only for what principles to vote,
but also for whom to vote! Liberals today have reclassified moral
issues, calling them political issues; then, under the political
neutrality provisions of corporation law, they have blackmailed
pastors to remain silent under threat of loss of tax-exemption
privilege. Shame on the liberals! And more shame on the pastors
who yielded to such blatant and tyrannical blackmail!

Under such restrictions, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Elijah, Elisha,
John the Baptist, Peter, Paul, and even the Lord Jesus Himself
(to name just a few) never could have conducted their ministries
as they did. God's Word commands God's man to Cry aloud, spare
not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their
transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins. (Isaiah 58:1) Why
shouldn't a pastor endorse and recommend a candidate who
stands for righteousness? Why shouldn't a pastor expose a
political scoundrel and warn his flock against ravening wolves
and raging lions? WHY NOT? Nowhere does God's Word allow for
the throttling of God's man OR God's message. By what authority,
then, would any Church dare to presume to silence its own pulpit?

F. YOUR FAMILIES:

At Article II, you declare that one of the purposes of your church
will be the religious training of its youth. As a Church, pursuant to
the free exercise clause of the First Amendment to the U.S.
Constitution, parents may claim their unalienable right (and fulfill
their Biblical responsibility) to train up their children in the fear
and admonition of the Lord.

As a not-for-profit corporation, and especially after the certain
eventual ratification of the United Nations' Convention on the
Rights of the Child, you may be compelled to train your children
according to State (or UN) mandates.

In the 1980s, Pastor Everett Siliven and several of the members of
the Faith Baptist Church of Louisville, Nebraska were hauled
before a judge to answer the charge of refusing to take a state
license for the operation of the Christian school operated by their
Church. Having removed their children from the government
(public) schools, they certainly did not want the government to
exercise control over the curricula, philosophy or administration
(faith and practice) of their Church's educational ministry.

At the onset of the judicial proceedings, the good pastor and his
people challenged the court's jurisdiction, citing the free exercise
clause of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

The judge asked one question: Is your church incorporated?

The honest reply: Yes.

The judge declared, Then this court and the State have jurisdiction.

The ensuing court battle was arduous and expensive. Eventually,
pursuant to a court order, a deputy sheriff laced a chain through
the handles of the front doors of the Church and affixed a padlock.
When a visiting pastor asked the deputy whether he understood
what he had done, the deputy replied, Yes, I have just closed an
illegal private school.

No, the pastor declared, you have just padlocked a church in the
United States of America! This was the first church to be
padlocked by government agents since the adoption of the U.S.
Constitution in 1789!

YOU FACE A CRITICAL DECISION IN THE FOUNDING OF YOUR
CHURCH. CONSIDER IT PRAYERFULLY, CAREFULLY AND WISELY!
SO VERY MUCH IS AT STAKE!
